The founder and owner of Radon Testing Labs, Inc. (RTL), Dr. Zygmunt C. Gromadzki, graduated from the University of Scranton with his bachelor's degree in physics in 1970, and received his Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the University of Virginia in 1976. His Ph.D thesis involved the interaction of high-energy nuclear particles colliding with atomic nuclei, one of which was radon. Dr. Gromadzki published several articles on theoretical nuclear physics.

Our office manager, Matt Gromadzki, has been with us for nearly ten years.  Matt was one of our testing and mitigation technicians while he worked himself through college, which gives him a very unique base of knowledge and experience.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in economics.  He became our office manager in the summer of 2014.
